Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to GS1 2027 ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). By using our platform, you ("Client", "User") agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms govern your use of our services, including the process by which we connect you with IT service providers ("Service Providers").

2. Role of the Company

GS1 2027 is a platform that facilitates the initial communication between Clients and IT Service Providers. Our services are limited to introducing the Client to Service Providers who may be able to assist with their IT needs. We do not provide IT services ourselves and are not involved in any agreements, transactions, or relationships that may develop between Clients and Service Providers.

3. No Endorsement

The Company does not endorse, recommend, or guarantee the quality or reliability of any Service Providers. We provide the contact information and, where applicable, profiles of Service Providers for Clients to evaluate on their own. The Client acknowledges that it is their sole responsibility to vet and select any Service Provider they choose to engage.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to:

  • Any interactions, agreements, or disputes between Clients and Service Providers.
  • The performance, actions, or omissions of any Service Provider.
  • Any errors, delays, or interruptions in the service provided by the Service Providers.

By using our platform, the Client agrees that the Company shall not be held responsible for any outcomes resulting from the Client’s relationship with a Service Provider.

5. Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, including legal fees, arising out of:

  • The Client’s use of the Company’s platform.
  • Any breach of these Terms by the Client.
  • Any disputes, actions, or claims brought by any third party (including Service Providers) related to the Client’s use of the platform or the Client’s dealings with Service Providers.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising between the Client and a Service Provider must be resolved directly between those parties. The Company is not a party to any such disputes and is not obligated to mediate, arbitrate, or otherwise intervene.

7. Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend the Client’s access to the platform at its sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that the Company believes violates these Terms, is harmful to other users of the platform, or is otherwise inappropriate.

8. Amendments to the Terms

The Company may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting. It is the Client’s responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
